A good leader has a clear mission for his team and knows how to celebrate good work. Lastly he knows they get bored if they are not learning and growing. In other words:
A mission allows a boss to say “There’s the hill let’s take it together” and people feel motivated if they feel as they are on the top of the mountain and as if they are still climbing it.
